1. Never sleep in your makeup. Try taking it off right after school then putting on a light moisturizer. That way, if your really tired, it will
always be done before bedtime!
2. Getting plenty of sleep can keep your skin looking fresh - At least 8 hours at night is a good rule of thumb
3. If your on a tight budget, Check out your local beauty schools for cheap manicures and pedicures. Its much less expensive then a
regular salon and can be much more fun then a movie!
4. For super soft feet, try scrubbing them with an inexpensive, grainy exfoliant then slathering them with tons of Vaseline and sleeping
with socks over the Vaseline. In the morning you won't believe how soft your feet are!
Inner Beauty Tips:
1. Are you at odds with someone? Use today to make peace. Don't be afraid to apologize or accept the blame for something. The
ability to admit faults is a mark of inner beauty!
2. Do something completely for the benefit of someone else. Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, become a more grateful
Person and make someone happy all at the same time. Try calling your local Hospital, Nursing Home, or Women's Shelter to sign
up for volunteer services
3. Use the times your alone to talk to God about the stuff that's important to you. When your driving, or riding in the car, or doing the
dishes is a great time to tell Him whats up with you.
4. Make a conscious effort everyday to think before you speak and to keep your unkind words to yourself. Ask God every morning to
help you.
Words of wisdom:
“I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate
them when they're right, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.” ~ Marilyn Monroe
